Since we handle most of the work from development to sales in-house, the breadth of tasks I’m involved in leads to the discovery of new ideas. While collaborating with the development team to advance system development, I find it highly fulfilling to see not only customer feedback from sales activities but also my own ideas take shape and become reality.

Since we handle a wide range of security products, there was a lot to learn, and at first, each task took time. I have always had a passion for clothing, and while searching for opportunities mainly in the apparel industry, the term "security uniforms" caught my eye. I became curious, wondering, "What kind of industry is this?" That was the beginning of my interest. I also learned that the company is not only focused on the security industry but also invests in research and development across a wide range of fields, which made me realize it is a company full of a spirit of challenge. I felt that being part of this environment would contribute to my own growth, and that’s why I decided to join.

I am able to make suggestions and express opinions with free, creative thinking, without being constrained by fixed ideas, and the company respects this approach, which allows me to work freely every day. Every day, we handle thousands, sometimes tens of thousands, of products, and our role is to deliver them accurately to our customers. I believe that it’s essential to visit the company and get a feel for the atmosphere during the job search. I loved sewing and was looking for a sewing company, but at that time, there were no job openings in the sewing field. However, the principal of my vocational school found a job opening at Kinboshi and made an appointment for me over the phone. When I went for the interview, it turned out that it was actually a job opening at IPCC. Despite there being no sewing positions available, they still took the time to interview me, and that led to where I am now.

When I am able to complete the tasks assigned to me accurately and quickly within the designated time. When a prototype I suggested is adopted and turned into a product, contributing to the company's sales. When I see the growth of the employees I have trained in sewing. (Through guiding them, I can also learn and improve my own methods.)

As a sewing instructor, my goal is to provide clear guidance to beginners, helping them improve their sewing skills and become valuable assets to the company by quickly becoming effective contributors. At the same time, I aim to enhance my own skills by learning new sewing techniques, moving beyond traditional methods, and continuously improving my own expertise.
